Daniel Jackson of Denton was selected as our Why I Ride DCTA winner for the month of November. Here is the rest of his Q&A:
Q: What do you enjoy most about riding DCTA?
A: I really enjoy the pleasantly modern and clean atmosphere the trains provide. You never feel like you’re in a shady public transit system. Instead, you feel like you’re riding in exactly what the future of Texas public transportation has to offer.
Q: What are some of your favorite things to do while riding DCTA?
A:I enjoy taking in whatever current reads I have at the time, and also enjoy the opportunity it gives me to address work emails before I get home, so that I can actually enjoy being at home.
Q: Is there anything you’d like to share about yourself?
A: I take the train twice a day Monday through Friday to get to work. I also take it every opportunity I get to any extra events that happen, like the State Fair and sporting events at the (American Airlines Center).
