Are you ever out on one of DCTA’s services and you see something that needs to be corrected? Have you encountered one of our vehicle operators who is exemplary in their job and you want to commend them publicly? Check out GORequest!
Available in the Mac App Store, on Google Play or through the portal on our website, GORequest is the easiest way of letting us know what you’re thinking. GORequest is also another way to have input in our semi-annual service changes. We take the requests entered in GORequest into consideration when making our schedule changes, which occur every January and August.
So let us know what you think and make your opinion matter!
