DCTA goes 24/7 with GORequest
April 18, 2012
It’s easier than ever to contact the Denton County Transportation Authority
The Denton County Transportation Authority (DCTA) has just made it easier for you to send your requests, questions, and concerns to DCTA staff. Earlier this month, we launched “GORequest”, a new system that will allow you to contact us 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week in whatever way is most convenient – online or by contacting DCTA by phone, email or in person GORequest is also available to iPhone and Android smart phone users by downloading a free application.
DCTA staff is already very helpful, but GORequest makes it seem as if a staff person is on call around the clock to help you. If you prefer to make a request, comment, or question online, just visit http://www.dcta.net/go-request-launch.html. GORequest features simple pull-down menus and is a breeze to use. If you prefer to call, walk-in, fax, or mail your request during normal business our staff will enter it right into GORequest so the appropriate staff member can respond.
No matter which way you choose to contact us, the system ensures the appropriate staff person is assigned. And if you prefer to make your request or comment confidentially, you’ll always have that option too.
GORequest will greatly improve the way the agency handles your requests by…
– Creating a unique tracking number for each request to easily track its status at any time.
– Automatically providing the status of your request and notifing you when the request has been resolved.
– Allowing you to contact the Agency whenever it’s most convenient for you.
GORequest is a great tool and we believe that once you use the system, you’ll see how intuitive and easy it is. But whether you call 940-243-0077 or use GoRequest, we look forward to hearing from you!
