Ride DCTA for Free When You Whisper “Lucky Green”
March 11, 2014
In recognition of St. Patrick’s Day, Denton County Transportation Authority (DCTA) is offering a special promotion on Saturday, March 15 – the same day of Dallas’ annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade. The local community can ride DCTA’s A-train commuter rail and Connect bus for free on March 15 if they say the secret password phrase “Lucky Green.”
DCTA is a viable transportation option for those looking to attend Dallas’ St. Patrick’s Day Parade while avoiding traffic and parking hassles. If passengers are not attending Dallas’ St. Patrick’s Day Parade, they can still ride DCTA for free on Saturday, March 15 if they use the secret password phrase.
(Note: Passengers transferring to DART from the A-train will need to purchase a DART pass if they do not already have a DART or Regional Pass)
Don’t miss out on your chance for a free DCTA ride!
