Hispanic Heritage Festival
Honor Hispanic heritage at the Denton Community Market by the Denton Square this year. Join the festivities from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Oct. 5 for Mayan dancers, Hispanic music, vendors with traditional items from Central and South America and fun for the whole family. Denton Folk Festival
Celebrate folk music at Backyard on Bell by the Denton Square. Join the festivities on Oct. 4 through 6 for local folk, Americana and bluegrass bands and artists, as well as food and drinks. Best Little Brewfest
Mark your calendar for craft beers and family fun at Ferguson Plaza in Lewisville. Join the festivities from 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Oct. 19 for artisan vendors, live music, food and drink for the whole family, and a dedicated kid’s zone. Admission starts at $10. Denton Community Market
Celebrate locally made food and crafts at the Denton Community Market in Downtown Denton. Mark your calendar for rock ‘n’ roll and spooky family fun at Ferguson Plaza in Lewisville. Join the Bash from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Oct. 29 for trick-or-treating, food and drinks, live music and fun activities for the kids. Well-behaved pets on leashes are permitted at the event and admission is FREE. Denton’s Day of the Dead Festival
Honor the Day of the Dead in Denton this year on the Downtown Denton Square.
