Why I Ride DCTA – Dorothy Silverio
March 25, 2015
Dorothy of Denton rode the A-train, Denton Connect and UNT Shuttles while getting her associate’s degree at UNT. Here’s what she had to say about DCTA:
Q: Do you have any advice to offer about riding DCTA to passengers and non-passengers?
A: Non-Passengers: Give it a try, its worth it! It’s quick and easy when it comes to purchasing a ticket stub for the A-Train, and using the same ticket to ride the shuttle.
Q: What are some of your favorite things to do while riding DCTA?
A: Socializing with others, listing to my iPod while waiting for my stop to get home.
Q: Is there anything you’d like to share about yourself?
A: I just graduated with my associate degree. Looking forward to seeing what the future holds.
Q: What do you enjoy most about riding DCTA?
A: I can rely on DCTA to get to school and work on time. Also I enjoy making new friends with those who take the same route home as I do, along with the drivers. It’s convenient and saves you gas.
